Ingredients:
- Beano’s All-American Sandwich Spread
- 1/2 lb of ground beef
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1/4 white onion, diced
- 4 slices of American cheese
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- pickles, for garnish
Directions:
1. In a medium pan, cook 1/2 pound of ground beef on medium heat until fully cooked.
2. In a lightly greased pan, place one tortilla and layer with 2 slices of American cheese, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, the cooked ground beef, a drizzle of Beano’s All-American Sandwich Spread, and another 2 slices of American cheese.
3. Close the quesadilla and cook until the cheese is melted on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Remove the quesadilla from the pan and cut in half.
5. Serve and enjoy!
