Food Production Warehouse Worker 

 

We are in search of a full-time Food Production Warehouse Worker at our facility in the O’Hara/Blawnox area. Duties include: 

Packing product, carrying out basic quality checks, maintaining cleanliness in work areas and equipment, following Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures, safety procedures, and reporting issues to supervisor.  Other duties as assigned.

 

Prior food manufacturing, packing, and sanitation experience is helpful but not required. We will train! Must have reliable transportation.

 

Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

 

Pay:   Starting at $16/hour

Machine Operator 

 

We are in search of a full-time Machine Operator at our facility in the O’Hara/Blawnox area. Duties include: 

Set up machinery for operation

Start machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performance

Operate machinery and equipment according to instructions

Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance

Perform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisor

Comply with all safety and health regulations

Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area

 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility or similar relevant experience

Detail-oriented with an understanding of production and plant processes

Analytical and numerical skills, ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement

Ability to follow written and oral instructions

Ability to work in a team

Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
