Bacon, Gouda, and Peach Habanero may seem like an odd combination, but trust us when we say – it’s one you don’t want to miss!
The sweetness of the peach mixed with the saltiness of the bacon and the spice of the habanero creates an amazingly complete flavor palette that will tick all your boxes! Add in the creamy gouda and you’ve got yourself the perfect sandwich!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- Butter
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked
- Gouda cheese
- Beano’s Peach Habanero Sauce
Directions:
- Butter one side of each slice of bread
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer cheese and bacon. On the unbuttered side of the other slice, spread on the Peach Habanero Sauce
- Grill the sandwich on each side until crispy and the cheese is melted
- Enjoy!
