Cajun Chicken Skillet

Healthy doesn’t need to be boring! Spicy, flavourful Cajun chicken along with loads of vegetables, sauteed in our Olive Oil Submarine Dressing this is a healthy family-friendly dinner. You need only 30 minutes to make this!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Beano’s  Olive Oil Submarine Dressing
  • 3 thin chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
  • 1 medium Zucchini, cut into chunks
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 2.5 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Directions:

  1. Heat Olive Oil Submarine Dressing in skillet.
  2. Add Cajun seasoning to the skillet and toss for a couple of seconds.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the oil, toss everything well and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add in the veggies. Mix everything well and cook for another 4-6 minutes. Chicken should be fully cooked and veggies should still have a bit of a crunch.
  5. Can be served with rice or eaten on it’s own.
