Healthy doesn’t need to be boring! Spicy, flavourful Cajun chicken along with loads of vegetables, sauteed in our Olive Oil Submarine Dressing this is a healthy family-friendly dinner. You need only 30 minutes to make this!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons Beano’s Olive Oil Submarine Dressing
- 3 thin chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 1 medium Zucchini, cut into chunks
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 2.5 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Directions:
- Heat Olive Oil Submarine Dressing in skillet.
- Add Cajun seasoning to the skillet and toss for a couple of seconds.
- Add chicken pieces to the oil, toss everything well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in the veggies. Mix everything well and cook for another 4-6 minutes. Chicken should be fully cooked and veggies should still have a bit of a crunch.
- Can be served with rice or eaten on it’s own.
