White Pizza should be anything but boring. Our soybean oil-based White Pizza sauce allows for more versatility in toppings than a traditional red sauce does.
We’re giving our White Pizza recipe a Greek twist today with Caramelized Onions and Feta. And of course, our Classical White Pizza Sauce with Oregano.
Ingredients:
- Pizza Shell
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Half of a yellow onion
- Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce with Oregano
- 1 cup crumbled Feta Cheese
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Dice onions
- Add oil into a small frying pan, heat until shimmering
- Add onions to oil and cook over low heat until they are brown
- Remove onions from heat
- Spread White Pizza Sauce on Pizza Shell
- Add Feta Cheese evenly on Pizza Shell
- Top with Caramelized Onion.
- Place in oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
