- Carbs- wheat, wafers, flatbread, baguette
- Meats- salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, pate
- Cheeses- aged, hard, soft, goat, or blue
- Olives- stuffed olives or pickled
- Spreads- honey, mustards, sauces, jams, or preserves
- Fruits- a combination of fresh and dried
