Cuban Sandwich

Ingredients:

    • 2 sheets of Pepperidge Farm puff pastry
    • Beano’s Jalapeno Mustard
    • Mayonnaise
    • Isaly’s Chipped Ham
    • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
    • Dill pickles, thinly sliced
    • Pulled pork (prepared)
    • Fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    • 1 egg (for egg wash

Directions:

  1. Preheat: Oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare Base: Lay out one puff pastry. Spread with Beano’s Jalapeno Mustard, then mayo.
  3. Layer Fillings: Add a layer each of chipped ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, pulled pork, and cilantro.
