Garlic Sriracha Chicken

Spice up your weeknight with this mouthwatering Garlic Sriracha Chicken! Made with Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce, this dish packs a punch of flavor!

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs of skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 1/2 tbps of soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of honey
  • 3 tsps of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp of sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp of green onions, sliced

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Rinse the chicken thighs in water and pat dry.
3. In a medium-sized bowl, add the garlic, soy sauce, honey, Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Place the chicken in the mixture and marinate for 15 mins.
5. Then, transfer the chicken and marinate into a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Cover the chicken with foil to prevent burning.
6.  Bake the chicken for 20 mins or until it reaches and internal temperature of 165 degrees. Remove the foil and broil the chicken for 1 mins to char the surface of the chicken.
