Honey Sriracha Prosciutto Flatbread

Ingredients:

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 tbsp of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce
  • 1.5 oz of Prosciutto
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 1/3 cup of shredded Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1/2 tomato, diced
  • crushed red pepper flakes, if desired

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
2. Cut prosciutto and onion into thin strips. Cook the prosciutto in a pan over medium heat for 1-2 mins. Then, transfer to a towel-lined plate.
3. In the same pan, add 1 tbsp of olive oil and cook the onions for about 7 mins, until caramelized.
4.  Lay the flatbread on a pizza pan. Add a layer of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce as the base of the flatbread. Then add the caramelized onions, then top with mozzarella, cheese, and then prosciutto.
5. Place the flatbread into the oven for about 8-10 mins, once the cheese has melted.
6. Once the flatbread is done add a handful of fresh arugula and drizzle some honey on top.
