  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce
  • 1 cup of kimchi juice
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • kimchi, for garnish

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the kimchi juice and buttermilk. Add the chicken breats, making sure they are fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
2 In a shallow bowl, whish together eggs. In a seperate bowl, mix together flour, paprika, salt, and black better.
3. Heat 1-2 inches of vegatable oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until the temperature reaches 350 degrees.
4. Remove the chicken from the juice mixture and pat dry with paper towels. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat evenly in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
5. Carefully place the chicken in the hot oil for 6-8 mins per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon or tongs to transfer the chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
6. Serve the fried chicken on a bun with kimchi on top and drizzle Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce on top.
7. Enjoy!
