Turkey Bistro Sandwich

Experience the taste of fall with our Turkey Bistro Sandwich! With slices of sauteed cinnamon apple, maple turkey breast, fresh arugula, sweet onions, and Beano’s Cranberry Honey Mustard, this is a great blend of sweetness and savory flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsps of butter, divided
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 sweet onion, sliced
  • Beano’s Cranberry Honey Mustard
  • 1 loaf of ciabatta bread
  • 1 lb of deli-sliced maple turkey breast
  • 8 oz of Brie cheese
  • 1 cup of arugula

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Saute the apple with sugar and cinnamon until brown.
2. Spread Beano’s Cranberry Honey Mustard on the bottom of the sliced ciabatta bread. Then layer with turkey, apples, and onions. Spread Brie cheese on the top half of the ciabatta bread.
3. Place the bottom and top ciabatta bread open-face in the oven until the cheese is melted.
4. Add arugula on top and close the sandwich.
