Ingredients:
- 10 jalapenos
- 8 oz whipped cream cheese
- 1 tbsp of Beano’s Honey Mustard
- 10 slices thinly
- sliced bacon (not thick-cut)
Notes:
For a milder heat, you can soak the jalapeno halves in cold water for 30 minutes before stuffing them.
Always wear gloves when handling jalapenos to avoid irritation.
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds using a spoon or knife. Be careful not to touch your eyes or face after handling the jalapenos.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese and Beano’s Honey Mustard. Stir until well combined.
- Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese and honey mustard mixture onto each jalapeno half.
