Bacon-Wrapped Honey Mustard Jalapenos

Introducing our Bacon-Wrapped Honey Mustard Jalapeños, the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Made with fresh jalapeños that are filled with a creamy cream cheese mixed with Beano’s Honey Mustard, these delectable bites are wrapped in savory, crispy bacon for an added crunch. 

Ingredients:

  • 10 jalapenos
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp of Beano’s Honey Mustard
  • 10 slices thinly
  •  sliced bacon (not thick-cut)

Notes:

For a milder heat, you can soak the jalapeno halves in cold water for 30 minutes before stuffing them.
 
Always wear gloves when handling jalapenos to avoid irritation.

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds using a spoon or knife. Be careful not to touch your eyes or face after handling the jalapenos.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream cheese and Beano’s Honey Mustard. Stir until well combined.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese and honey mustard mixture onto each jalapeno half.
  5. Cut each bacon slice in half to create 20 shorter strips.
  6. Wrap one half-strip of bacon around each jalapeno half, making sure to cover the cream cheese mixture. Secure the bacon with a toothpick if needed.
  7. Arrange the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each one.
  8. Bake the jalapenos in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked through and crispy.
  9. Remove the jalapenos from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
