Buffalo Smashed Potatoes

1. Boil water in a large pot. Place the washed potatoes in the pot and cook for 20 mins. Once finished drain them and let them sit for about 5 mins.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
3. In a medium sized bowl, add the potatoes and 2 tbsps of Beano’s White Pizza Sauce with Basil and mix with the potatoes.
4. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut an X on each potato with a knife.
5. Smash each potato flat with a small bowl or plate. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 25 mins.
6. Take the baking sheet out of the oven then add a generous pinch of pizza cheese and a drizzle of Beano’s Buffalo Sandwich Sauce and place back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
7. Remove from the oven and top with minced parsley and minced celery!
