Cucumber Sushi Rolls

1. Thinly slice the cucumber using a U-shaped peeler. Lay the cucumber slices flat on a sheet of plastic wrap.
2. Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top of the cucumber slices.
3. Spread the cooked sushi rice on top of the smoked salmon in an even layer.
4. Arrange the avocado slices on top of the rice, followed by a drizzle of Beano’s Wasabi Sandwich Sauce.
5. Starting at one end, carefully roll the cucumber slices up with the filling inside, pressing down on the layers as you go to ensure a tight roll.
6. Once the roll is fully rolled up, use a sharp knife to slice it into bite-sized pieces.
7. Sprinkle the sushi rolls with sesame seeds and serve them immediately.
