Ingredients:
- 2 Flour Tortillas
- Beano’s Roasted Chipotle Sauce
- Beano’s White Pizza Sauce with Basil
- 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/2 Tomato, diced
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place one tortilla on a baking sheet. - Spread a layer of Beano’s Roasted Chipotle Sauce over the first tortilla.
- Add dollops of ricotta cheese and sprinkle a small amount of shredded mozzarella over the sauce.
- Place the second tortilla on top of the then spread a layer of Beano’s White Pizza Sauce with Basil over the second tortilla.
- Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by fresh basil leaves, diced tomatoes, and another layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
- Remove from oven, slice, and enjoy your double-layered tortilla pizza!
