Ingredients:

For Tofu Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced

For the Bowl:

  • 1 bottle of Beano’s Wasabi Sandwich Sauce
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice (microwaveable rice or regular)
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 block of extra firm tofu, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • White and black sesame seeds for garnish

Directions:

  1. Cook the Rice: If you’re not using microwaveable rice, cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the Tofu: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the tofu and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Assemble the Bowl: Start by placing the cooked jasmine rice at the bottom of the bowl.
  4. Add Veggies: Layer the sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, and sautéed tofu over the rice.
