Elevate your fry game with these irresistible White Pizza Fries! Loaded with a cheesy mix made from scratch and Beano’s White Pizza Sauce with Oregano, then topped with melted mozzarella and fontina. You haven’t lived until you’ve tried this!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Whole milk
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2 Tbsp All-purpose flour
- 4 Tbsp of Beano’s White Pizza Sauce with Oregano
- 1 bag frozen French fries
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 oz Fontina cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of oregano, chopped
Directions:
- Prepare French fries according to the package instructions.
- Heat milk in a small saucepan, until barely simmering. Remove from heat and keep covered.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Be careful not to allow the flour to color.
- Gradually whisk in the warm milk.Cook on medium heat, whisking continuously, until the sauce comes to a boil and slightly thickens.Then add the cheese.
- In a large bowl toss the cooked fries in the Beano’s White Pizza Sauce with Oregano and add the diced tomatoes.
- Pour the cheese sauce over top of the fries.
- Add freshly chopped oregano on top and sprinkle Mozzarella on top.
