Grilled Cheese Hotdogs

Introducing the ultimate fusion of flavors – the Grilled Cheese Hotdog with a kick of Beano’s Jalapeno Mustard! Perfect for spicing up your weekend BBQs or family gatherings. Here’s how to whip up this cheesy, mouthwatering delight in no time

Serve with your favorite cold beverage or a side of crispy fries for the ultimate indulgence. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Beano’s Jalapeno Mustard
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 3 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsps of butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp of onion powder
  • 4 hot dogs, split lengthwise making sure not to cut all the way through
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions:

1. In a small bowl mix the butter with garlic powder and onion powder.

2. With a rolling pin, flatten the hot dog buns and brush the butter mixture on both sides of the bun.
 
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the hot dogs, turning occasionally until they are charred.

4. Remove the cooked hotdogs and open the hotdog buns and lay them on the skillet bun side down.

5. Layer the hotdog buns with Beano’s Jalapeno Mustard, 1/2 cup of cheese, a hotdog, a little more cheese, and a few green onions.

6. Cook until the cheese is melted then close the hotdog.

7. Let it cool and enjoy!
