  1. Preheat your oven as per the Puff Pastry packaging instructions.
  2. Cut the Puff Pastry sheet into four squares.
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Place a little Beano’s White Pizza Sauce on the parchment paper.
  5. On top of the sauce add cubed fresh mozzarella, a slice of tomato, a slice of low moisture mozzarella and add the puff pastry square on top.
  6. Make an egg wash by beating the egg and brush it over the pastry.
  7. Poke the pastry with a fork to prevent over-puffing.
  8. Bake until golden brown (follow the Puff Pastry packaging instructions for time and temperature).
