Prosciutto & Cheese Croissants

These cheese and prosciutto croissants are an easy go-to breakfast, that can double as lunch. Buttery croissants layered together and baked with prosciutto and Havarti cheese, topped with our Deli Mustard. These are savory sandwiches that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  • 3  large croissants
  • 6-9 slices of prosciutto
  • 3-6 slices of Havarti cheese
  • Beano’s Deli Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Everything seasoning

 

Makes 3 large croissants

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cut croissants in half
  3. Layer 2-3 slices of prosciutto on the bottom half of each croissant
  4. Layer 1-2 slices of Havarti cheese on top of prosciutto on each croissant
  5. Spread Deli Mustard on the inside of each top piece of croissants
  6. Place top half on top of cheese layer
  7. Brush olive oil on the top of each croissant
  8. Sprinkle everything seasoning on top to taste
  9. Place in oven and bake for 6-8 minutes (until croissants are flaky and cheese is melted)
  10. Enjoy
