Buffalo Chicken Bites



Do you love a good hot wing, but hate the bones? These Boneless Buffalo Chicken Bites are the answer you’re looking for!

Our When Buffalos Fly Chicken Wing Sauce gives these chicken bites a robust flavor with the perfect amount of spice.

These bites are fried, but you can bake them as well if you’d prefer. Bake them at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (Whichever you prefer!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups of Flour ( Whole Wheat or Gluten – Free)
  • ¼ teaspoon of Cumin
  • ¼ Cup of Corn Starch
  • ½ tsp of Salt
  • ½ tsp of Onion Powder
  • ½ Tsp of pepper
  • 2 Teaspoons of Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chili Powder
  • 2 Pound of Chicken Breast – Diced into Small Pieces
  • 1 Cup of Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Canola Oil for Frying
  • Beano’s When Buffalos Fly Chicken Wing Sauce

Directions:

  1. Heat 2  inches of canola oil in a stockpot
  2. In one bowl mix – flour, cumin, corn starch, salt, pepper, paprika, chili powder together
  3. In another bowl whisk the egg and milk together
  4. Dip each chicken into the wet mixture, dry mixture, wet mixture again, and then dry mixture again
  5. Fry 5 – 9 bites at a time ( takes a couple of minutes and then flip to fry the other side) – place on paper towels so the grease is absorbed
  6. In another bowl add When Buffalos Fly Chicken Wing Sauce then place all the fried bites into the sauce – fold carefully until all the chicken bites are covered in sauce
  7. Serve and Enjoy!
