Ingredients:
- Pizza shell
- Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce with Oregano
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 3 slices of prosciutto torn into pieces
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms – sliced
Directions:
- Preheat oven according to instructions on pizza shell packaging.
- Spread Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce on the shell, covering the entire top of the shell.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the top of the shell, covering it in an even layer.
- Place prosciutto, spinach, and mushrooms on top of cheese, evenly dispersing them.
- Place in oven and bake for 10-15 minutes (until cheese is melted and the pizza shell is crispy)
- Remove from oven, let sit for a couple of minutes and then slice and enjoy!
