Steak & Brie Sandwich

Tender and juicy steak sandwich with caramelized onions, creamy Brie cheese, and Beano’s Heavenly Horseradish. A great flavor combination that’s both easy and delicious.

Ingredients:

•1 wheel of brie
•1 red onion (thinly sliced).
•1 tsp sugar
•1 steak (ribeye, NY or top sirloin)
•Slider Buns (We used Brioche)

 

Directions:

1.  Sauté the onions with a bit of olive oil on medium. Add the salt and sugar and sauté another 5-8 min.
2. Pat dry and season your steak on both sides and cook on a preheated cast iron or frying pan. Let rest and thinly slice.
3. Toast your bread.
4. Slice your brie
5.  Spread the horseradish on one side of the bun and mustard on the other.
6.  Add steak, brie, caramelized onions and that’s it!
