Ingredients:
Garlic Butter Shrimp
- 1 lb Fettuccini
- 4 tbsps butter
- 6 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lb of raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
Bruschetta
- 5 Roma tomatoes, chopped,
- 4 tbsp of Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil, cut into ribbons
Directions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, add 4 tbsps of butter and 6 cloves of minced garlic. Cook for 1 min, then add the raw shrimp. Flip the shrimp and cook until it is pale pink, indicating they are fully cooked.
3. To make the bruschetta. In a small bowl, mix together tomatoes, Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing, salt, and basil.
4. Serve pasta topped with shrimp and bruschetta.
