Ingredients:
- 1 package of spring roll rice wrappers
- leafy green lettuce
- shredded carrots
- 1 cabbage, thinly sliced
- 16 oz of extra firm tofu
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 package of broccoli sprouts
- 1 bottle of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce
- white and black sesame seeds
Directions:
1. In a medium pan, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Cut the tofu into small rectangles and place in the pan, making sure to flip. Once they are a little gold and crispy set aside.
2. In a large bowl add warm water. Place one rice wrapper in the water for a few seconds, until it’s pliable.
3. Place the wrapper on a clean surface and add the white and black sesame seeds. Then add a little bit of lettuce, tofu, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli sprouts.
4. Add Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce in a bowl or cut open the wraps and drizzle on top.
