Sriracha Chicken Tacos

Change up your Taco Tuesday routine with some Sriracha! The Sriracha Chicken Tacos are pure bliss! A great combination of flavors and a nice kick of spiciness! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 cup of red cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 of grated cheese
  • 2 tbs of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce
  • Corn tortillas
  • 1 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • A pinch of pepper
  • 1 lime

Directions:

1. Cook chicken breast on the stovetop on medium heat until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
2.  Chop up the red cabbage and add to a medium-size bowl. Add the salt, sugar, vinegar, and pepper. 
3. Add the chicken to a large bowl and start to shred with a fork. Then add 2 tbsp of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce. Mix until the chicken is coated, add more if necessary.
4. Heat up corn tortillas on the stove until they are warm.
5. Add the chicken, cabbage, and cheese onto the tortillas.
6. Slice up the lime and squeeze on tacos.
7. Enjoy!
