Sweet Sriracha Squash

We love a sweet and spicy combo and this Sweet Sriracha Squash with Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce is just what we need. They are a perfect side for the fall season!

Ingredients:

  • 1 large butternut squash, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsps of olive oil
  • 2 tbsps of maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp of Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • fresh basil or parsley for serving, optional

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. 
2. Add onto a baking sheet and coat with cooking spray.
3. Add the squash to the baking sheet and layer evenly. Add olive oil, maple syrup, Beano’s Sriracha Sandwich Sauce, and salt. Mix them around on the baking sheet or toss them in a bowl, then place them back on the baking sheet.
4. Make sure the squash cubes have some space in between them. Then set a time for 40 – 45 mins. Make sure to keep an eye on them during the cooking process.
5. Once they are finished cooking they are ready to serve with basil or parsley if desired.
