Veggie Wrap


Lunch doesn’t always have to be heavy! Skip the lunch meats and go for a healthier option with this veggie wrap. Crisp lettuce, crunchy cucumber, juicy tomato will fill you up and leave you satisfied.

For this recipe you’ll need large lettuce leaves, one tomato, cucumber, shredded carrots, cream cheese, havarti, and Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing.

Ingredients:

Makes 1 wrap

Directions:

  1. Spread cream cheese in even layer over the entire topside of the tortilla
  2. In the center of the tortilla add a layer of lettuce leaves, then tomato slices, then cucumber slices, and then shredded carrotsĀ 
  3. Place Havarti cheese slices on top of the veggies
  4. Drizzle Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing over the cheese
  5. Fold one side of the tortilla over the veggies and cheese and then start rolling tightly
  6. Cut in half and enjoy! (You can also wrap in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat)
