Ingredients:
- 10 flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups of shredded chicken
- 2 cups of shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup of blue cheese
- 1/2 cup of Beano’s Buffalo Sandwich Sauce
- 1/4 cup of green onions
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cover a round baking sheet with foil.
2. Cut the 10 tortillas in half.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, shredded Mexican cheese, blue cheese crumbles, Beano’s Buffalo Sandwich Sauce, and green onions.
4. Scoop about 1/2 tablespoon of the chicken mixture into each tortilla half and roll up into a cone shape.
5. Place the cones on the prepared baking sheet to form a ring.
6. Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
