We love a good panini! We made a Chicken and Roasted Pepper Panini with Beano’s Original Submarine Dressing on the bread. We also made the peppers with Original Sub dressing too!
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 1/4 cup of red and yellow peppers
- 1 bottle of Beano’s Original Submarine Dressing
- 4 slices of deli-sliced turkey breast
- 3 slices of white American cheese
Directions:
1. Place a medium-sized pan on the stove at medium heat. Add the peppers and add about 2 tbsps of Beano’s Original Submarine Dressing. Cook for about 5-10 mins.
2. In a small bowl add about 4 tbsps of Beano’s Original Submarine Dressing. Take one slice of sourdough bread and add a layer of Sub dressing on one side. Do the same with the other slice of bread.
3. Assemble the sandwich starting with the chicken, roasted peppers, and cheese. Then add the other slice of bread on top.
4. Enjoy!
