Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese

Just one kind of cheese doesn’t cut it anymore, we need more cheese! Bring on the Triple Cheese Grilled Cheese with Provolone, Swiss, and American cheese. Don’t forget to add some Beano’s Southwest Sandwich Sauce to add a fiesta of flavor! Goes great with some tomato soup too!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Beano’s Southwest Sandwich Sauce
  • 2 slices of your bread of choice
  • 2 tbsp of melted butter
  • 3 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 3 slices of American cheese
  • 3 slices of provolone cheese

Directions:

1. Place a large pan on the stove and set to low-medium.
2. Take both slices of bread and spread some butter on one side of each slice.
3. On the unbuttered side of one of the slices add a layer of Beano’s Southwest Sandwich Sauce. Next, add layers of provolone, American, and Swiss. Then, place the other slice of bread on top and place on the pan.
4. Cook on one side until the bread is golden brown, then flip and the same on the other side.
5. Once both sides are brown and the cheese is melted, take it off the stove and transfer to a plate.
6. Enjoy!
