Salami and Ham Caprese Sandwich

It’s our new favorite sandwich! It’s a Caprese salad paired with a ham and salami sandwich on sourdough bread. What more can we say? It’s just a wonderful combination of flavors. What makes this sandwich stand out is Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 bottle of Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing
  • 1/2 tomato sliced
  • handful of fresh arugula
  • 3 slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 8 slices of salamis

Directions:

1. Place a slice of sourdough bread on a plate. Add a layer of salami, then ham, tomatoes, mozzarella, arugula, and a drizzle of Beano’s Balsamic Submarine Dressing. Then place 1 slice of sourdough bread on top.
