Chipotle Crunch Wrap

Why waste your time and money at a fast food place getting a subpar Crunch Wrap, when you can easily make one at home.

Our Roasted Chipotle Sauce gives this crunch wrap a rich, smoky taste that takes it to the next level!

To make a Chipotle Crunch Wrap at home you will need a large burrito tortilla, a small taco tortilla,  a tostada shell, chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, Beano’s Roasted Chipotle Sauce.

Crunch wrap made with Beano's Roasted Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 large burrito tortillas
  • Beano’s Roasted Chipotle Sauce
  • 4 small taco tortillas
  • 4 tostada shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese blend

Makes 4 Crunch Wraps

Directions:

  1. Heat a tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan
  2. Place chicken tenders in the oil once it is shimmering
  3. Season chicken with paprika, chili powder, and garlic powder
  4. Cook chicken fully
  5. Remove chicken from pan and shred
  6. Take large burrito tortilla and spread about a tablespoon of Beano’s Roasted Chipotle Sauce around to cover most of the tortilla (leaving about an inch around the edges bare)
  7. Place 1/4 of the shredded chicken in a flat even layer on top of the Chipotle Sauce
  8. Place tostada shell on top of chicken
  9. Place shredded lettuce on top of tostada shell in even layer
  10. Place cheese on top of lettuce in even layer
  11. Place small taco tortilla on top of lettuce and cheese
  12. With a basting brush, brush water around the edges of the large tortilla
  13. Fold the edges of the large tortilla up and over the small torillas, pressing to seal
  14. Heat up the other tbsp of olive oil in the frying pan, and place the crunch wrap folded side down when oil is shimmering
  15. Heat on one side until golden brown and crispy (about 1-2 minutes). Then flip and heat the other side until golden brown
  16. Remove and enjoy!
