Ingredients:
- 2 16oz blocks of cream cheese, softened
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of chopped rosemary
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce with Basil
- Isaly’s Chipped Ham
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Cook and mash the potatoes.
- Mix in pepper, salt, rosemary, egg, and bread crumbs.
- Form the mixture into a square on a sheet, smoothing out the sides.
- Place Isaly’s Chipped Ham and a slice of cheddar cheese on top.
- Add more of the potato mixture on top and seal the sides.
- Optional: Add more bread crumbs on the outside of the sandwich to ensure it holds together.
