Roasted Veggie Sub

These easy roasted veggie subs are made with our Original Submarine Dressing to give them the flavor you love from your subs!

We’ve included our favorite veggies, but you can always substitute any of your favorite veggies, or just add to the ones we’ve included!

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 sweet peppers, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 a sweet onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Beano’s Original Submarine Dressing
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2-4 sub rolls

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Put the sliced veggies on a sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with Original Submarine Dressing, then sprinkle with the salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Toss the veggies to coat them all with oil and seasoning. Then spread them out evenly on the sheet
  4. Bake the veggies at 375 for 30-40 minutes. Flipping the veggies after about 15 minutes. Bake them until they are nice and juicy and getting brown.
  5. Once the roasted veggies are done, remove from the oven. Put the sub rolls in the oven for 1-2 minutes to toast them. 
  6. Spread some additional Original Submarine Dressing on the rolls, then fill them with roasted veggies. Serve immediately!
