Blackened Fish Bites



3 white fish filets
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
Salt to taste
¼ Cup of butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Butter (not melted)
Beano’s Cilantro and Lime Sauce


• Cut the fish filets into bite-sized pieces
• Mix the cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, and salt together
• Dip the fish in the melted butter to help the spices stick
• Coat fish in spice mixture
• Melt the last Tablespoon of butter in a hot frying pan
• Cook fish until they blacken, should take 2-4 minutes on each side
• Serve with Beano’s Cilantro and Lime Sauce
