Breakfast Pizza

Recipe Breakfast Pizza


2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Milk
¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ Red Pepper, Sliced
1 Personal Sized Pizza Crust
¼ cup Beano’s Southwest Sauce
½ cup Chopped Ham


• Cut the red peppers into strips and sauté in pan until slightly charred. Add ham in just before the peppers are ready to come out to heat it up a bit
• Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl, then scramble in a small frying pan
• Apply the Beano’s Southwest Sauce to the pizza crust, then add the scrambled eggs, ham, and red pepper. Top with cheese
• Place pizza in the oven and follow directions for baking the crust. Make sure the cheese melts

Enjoy! Makes one breakfast pizza

Horse Radish Coleslaw



1 Bag of coleslaw mix (chopped cabbage and carrots)
1 8oz Bottle of Beano’s Horse Radish Sauce
¼ Cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
2 Tablespoons vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste


• Add all ingredients except the coleslaw mix together in a bowl, mix well
• Add the coleslaw mix and toss
• Refrigerate and let coleslaw marinate for 4-6 hours

Makes about 6 servings

Garden Fresh Portobello Sandwich



Either 1 large Portobello mushroom or 2 small Portobello mushrooms
Sandwich bun
1 Medium sized carrot
2-3 Radishes
Beano’s Cilantro and Lime Sauce


• Grill Portobello mushroom(s) until tender
• Cut sandwich bun in half
• Chop carrot and radishes
• Put Portobello mushroom(s) on the bottom half of the bun
• Squeeze Beano’s Cilantro and Lime Sauce onto the sandwich
• Add the sliced carrots and radishes onto the sandwich
• Add the top bun and enjoy!

Makes 1 sandwich

Classic Fish Sandwich



1 White fish filet
Chili powder
Salt and Pepper
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Sesame seed bun
1-2 Pieces of lettuce
1 Slice of American cheese
Beano’s Tartar Sauce


• Shake chili powder, salt and pepper onto both sides of the fish
• Add the butter to a hot, medium sized frying pan on medium heat
• Saute fish until it is cooked through
• Put the slice of cheese on the bottom half of the bun
• Place the fish on the slice of cheese
• Squeeze Beano’s Tartar Sauce onto fish
• Add lettuce and top bun

Enjoy! Makes 1 sandwich

Chicken and Artichoke Pizza



Pizza crust
¼ Cup of Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce (we used the white pizza sauce with Oregano)
2 Cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 Jar of artichoke hearts
1 ½ Cups shredded mozzarella cheese


• If you are using pre-cooked dough, brush the entire pizza crust, including the edge of the crust, with Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce; If you are using a homemade crust, bake first, then add white pizza sauce
• Sprinkle half of the cheese over the pizza
• Break apart the artichokes and distribute the pieces of artichoke and chicken all over the pizza
• Cover toppings with the rest of the cheese
• Shake your bottle of Beano’s Classical White Pizza Sauce really well and add a little bit more on top of the ingredients
• Bake in oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted

Enjoy! Makes a full pizza, about 8 slices

Blackened Fish Bites



3 white fish filets
1 teaspoon Cayenne
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 teaspoons Paprika
Salt to taste
¼ Cup of butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Butter (not melted)
Beano’s Cilantro and Lime Sauce


• Cut the fish filets into bite-sized pieces
• Mix the cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, and salt together
• Dip the fish in the melted butter to help the spices stick
• Coat fish in spice mixture
• Melt the last Tablespoon of butter in a hot frying pan
• Cook fish until they blacken, should take 2-4 minutes on each side
• Serve with Beano’s Cilantro and Lime Sauce
